SOLUCIONES COMPLEMENTARIAS/It is important for controllers to have a basic knowledge of flight deck procedures and to appreciate what happens on the flight deck as a result of their instructions. It is also necessary for them to be aware of the general capabilities and limitations of aircraft flight dynamics, so that they can control effectively. A failure to understand these principles could lead to increased pilot workload, rushed approaches, and ultimately compromised safety margins.
